Meet our office manager, River LaBelle! Working in hearing care appealed to River because of his personal experience with hearing loss. He was born with moderate-to-severe hearing loss in both ears, and has been wearing hearing devices since he was four years old. He has been with us since 2023! River works with our entire team to support them as they care for patients. His duties include helping with walk-ins and training to big-picture planning! Outside of work, he enjoys watching Naruto and NCIS (the original series!), putting rounds downrange, and sharing a drink and cigar with his wife and friends. The best part of his job is helping every team member grow personally and professionally, as well as sharing his own experience with hearing loss and putting new device wearers at ease! We are SO thankful to have him on our team!
FUN FACT: River has totally lost three hearing aids (it can happen to anyone!), has run one set through the wash (they came out working, that’s some top-notch water-resistance!), and his ear canals are two different sizes!
