Dr. Virginia Wright

Meet Dr. Wright! She has been with Upstate since we opened our doors, and has worked as an audiologist for over 40 years. She has practiced primarily in the Upstate but has experience in Philadelphia, PA and Key West, FL. She received her B.S. in Speech Pathology from the Mississippi University for Women, her M.A. in Audiology from the University of Tennessee, and her clinical doctorate (AuD) in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. An active participant in community and professional associates, she is a past president of the SC Academy of Audiology as well as a former member of the SC Board of Licensing in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She lives in Greer with her two cats, Lana and Helen, and enjoys movies, documentaries, dining out, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Her commitment to her patients is evident in her enthusiasm to help on their journey to better hearing! We are so lucky to have her!
